The Accutemp E32403D110 countertop steamer has indicator lights that tell employees when the temperature gets too high or the water levels aren't correct. It has both a cooking mode and a holding mode; the holding mode ensures food is warm until it is served. To cook food quickly, this unit uses Steam Vector Technology, which operates with no moving parts to reduce maintenance needs. Digital controls enable adjustment of key components, and the digital display provides a readout of the temperature.

Fitting comfortably on countertops, the Accutemp E32403D110 convection steamer measures 23.26 inches wide by 30.42 inches deep by 20.97 inches high. It has a drain valve mounted to the front to streamline water removal, and the cavity is made of stainless steel for durability and rust resistance. Providing additional resilience, the heating element is made of cast aluminum, and the door has a heavy-duty construction. This unit accommodates three full-size food pans, and its racks are made of wire to enable air circulation.
