The AccuTemp E34803D140DBL Two Connectionless Evolution® boilerless convection steamer provides efficient steaming with patented steam vector technology. Designed for high-volume operations, this unit accommodates up to six full-size pans across two compartments, each capable of holding three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. Digital controls simplify operation, and independent electronic timers allow for precise cooking management. Unlike traditional steamers, this unit does not require a water and drain connection, reducing maintenance and eliminating the need for water filtration. Built with a reinforced 14-gauge stainless steel cavity, it ensures durability and longevity in demanding kitchen environments.
