The AccuTemp E62083D100 DBL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer utilizes innovative Steam Vector Technology to achieve efficient cooking without requiring water and drain connections. It features two compartments, each capable of holding six full-size 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. Designed with independent digital timers and programmable presets, this steamer ensures precise cooking control. The unit operates with a 10-kilowatt heating system and does not require water filtration, making it a hassle-free solution for high-volume cooking.

Constructed of reinforced 14-gauge stainless steel, the AccuTemp E62083D100 DBL steamer is built for durability and reliability. The heavy-duty, field-reversible door allows flexible placement, while the easy-to-clean control panel and dishwasher-safe pan racks streamline maintenance. Additional features include automatic altitude compensation, low and high water indicator lights, and a front-mounted drain valve. This unit is designed to meet diverse kitchen needs without requiring de-liming or scheduled maintenance.
