Designed with a 3-gallon water reservoir, the Accutemp E62083D100 convection steamer doesn't require any plumbed water or drain lines for use. It offers dual modes to enable cooking and holding applications with a single piece of machinery. Steam Vector Technology means the unit steams and cooks with no moving parts, reducing maintenance needs over time. To alert users when the machine is too hot, has too much water, or doesn't have enough water, it features built-in indicator lights.

To track cook times and ensure uniformity, the Accutemp E62083D100 countertop convection steamer has a built-in timer that's programmable and can be preset. It can hold six 12-inch by 20-inch pans with a maximum depth of 2¹/₂ inches, suiting this unit for medium-volume production. Operators can open the steamer's door without interrupting the cook cycle, letting them add or remove ingredients as needed. The unit's heavy-duty door is field reversible, so it can open from either side to streamline workflow.
