The Accutemp E62083E100 countertop convection steamer functions without a boiler for simplified operation. It features a front-mounted drain valve to expedite water removal and is designed with simple hose and drain line connections for streamlined setup. To further simplify installation, this steamer doesn't require a water filter. This unit's Steam Vector Technology results in reduced maintenance needs, increased water and energy savings, and accelerated cook times; overall, it uses less than 1¹/₂ gallons of water every hour. To ease monitoring and setting adjustments, it's built with a digital display and temperature controls, and it also features cook and variable hold temperature modes. For flexible integration into kitchen setups, the front door is field reversible and can be opened during an active cook cycle for user convenience.

For durability and rust resistance, the Accutemp E62083E100 countertop steamer's cavity is made of 14-gauge stainless steel. It includes an independent programmable timer to track cook times, and to provide diagnostic and maintenance updates, this unit features built-in indicator lights. For quick, even temperature distribution, the heating element is made of cast aluminum. Great for mid-volume restaurants, it can fit (6) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans, and to streamline cleaning, the pan racks, SVT steam collector, distributor panels, and condensate tray can all be removed and washed in a dishmachine. Staff can adjust and maintain the unit through the accessible service panel. For enhanced safety, this 23¹³/₅₀-inch-wide by 30¹²/₂₅-inch-deep by 30³⁹/₁₀₀-inch-high steamer should not be installed any closer than 3 inches from hot surfaces or other conductive equipment.
