Accutemp E62401D060DBL (12) Pan Covection Steamer - Holding Capability, 240v/1ph

The Accutemp E62401D060DBL convection steamer has two compartments that each accommodate six full-size food pans measuring 2.5 inches deep. Indicator lights alert employees if the water levels get too low, too high, or if the temperature reaches extreme levels. Instructions in both English and Spanish are included on the doors, which can be opened during the cooking cycle to enable product monitoring. The one-piece wire racks enable uniform air circulation to ensure even cooking. To facilitate cleaning, the racks are dishwasher safe.

A digital temperature display on the Accutemp E62401D060DBL 12-pan convection steamer reads an accurate temperature for monitoring and can be adjusted using digital controls. To reduce the risk of over or undercooking, it includes an electronic timer. For steaming, its water reservoir accommodates 3 gallons; excess water can be removed with the front-mounted drain valve.
