The Accutemp E62401E060 countertop cook-and-hold steamer reduces maintenance with its Steam Vector Technology. Its digital controls help users monitor food and make adjustments, while its built-in timer tracks cooking times. To resist corrosion, this steamer's cavity is made of 14-gauge type 304 stainless steel. Its door is field reversible for user convenience and can be opened while the unit is on without interrupting the cooking cycle.
