The Accutemp E62403D130 countertop convection steamer is a boilerless, connectionless unit that operates with Steam Vector Technology to eliminate moving parts and reduce maintenance. Its reservoir can hold 3 gallons of water and its drain valve is front mounted so users can access it without moving the machine. With a 14-gauge stainless steel steamer cavity, this unit supports heavy-duty use and resists rust. Its cast aluminum heating element provides quick heat-up and is separated from the steaming area to prevent corrosion.

The Accutemp E62403D130 convection steamer fits atop a counter or table top and can hold six full food pans measuring no more than 20 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 2¹/₂ inches deep. With digital controls, the unit simplifies monitoring and adjustments; its indicator lights notify users if maintenance is required. Its programmable timer has preset functionality, helping users ensure uniform cooking times across many batches of product.
