Featuring a connectionless design, the AccuTemp E64803D140DBL Evolution® boilerless convection steamer operates without a water or drain connection, enabling flexible placement in various commercial kitchens. Steam Vector Technology® generates consistent steam without moving parts, supporting even cooking across six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans in each compartment. Digital controls provide a user friendly interface, including a temperature display and an independent programmable timer.

AccuTemp's E64803D140DBL Evolution convection steamer is equipped with a 3-gallon water reservoir, eliminating the need for a direct water supply. The reinforced stainless steel cavity enhances durability, while a heavy-duty, field-reversible door facilitates versatile installation. Water filtration is not required, reducing maintenance demands. A front-mounted drain valve simplifies water management, and dishwasher-safe pan racks, a steam collector, distributor panels, and a condensate tray streamline cleaning. Automatic altitude compensation adjusts the unit's performance based on location, while indicator lights provide alerts for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
