Its connectionless design eliminates the need for a water or drain connection, facilitating simple placement. Steam Vector Technology® produces consistent steam without moving parts, ensuring even heat distribution across six 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. Digital controls with a temperature display and an independent programmable timer enable precise operation.

AccuTemp's E64803D140SGL Evolution convection steamer features a three-gallon water reservoir, supporting continuous steaming without requiring a direct water supply. A front-mounted drain valve facilitates water management, while the reinforced stainless steel cavity enhances durability in high-volume kitchens. No water filtration is necessary, reducing maintenance tasks. Dishwasher-safe pan racks, a steam collector, distributor panels, and a condensate tray simplify cleaning. Automatic altitude compensation adapts performance based on location, while indicator lights provide notifications for low water, high water, and overtemperature conditions.
