AccuTemp EGF2083A3650-T1 36" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, 208v/3ph

The Accutemp EGF2083A3650-T1 electric griddle features thermostatic digital controls capable of recalling three preset temperatures. This thermostat can be set between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and the optional manager lock out prevents unauthorized temperature changes. To provide uniform heat to the entire griddle cooking surface, this electrically heated unit has a hermetically sealed steam chamber that never needs refilling.

The Accutemp EGF2083A3650-T1 griddle plate is constructed of durable cold-rolled, annealed stainless steel that resists rusting and scratching. The heavy gauge griddle plate is surrounded by a 4-inch rear splash guard that tapers toward the front of the griddle plate. To enable extended cook times between grease cleaning procedures, the plate has a full front grease trough and large sized grease drawer. Pancakes, eggs, burgers, grilled onions, fried potatoes, fish, chicken, and more can be prepared on this griddle
