Great for restaurants, cafes, and burger joints, the AccuTemp EGF2401B2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ EG Series commercial griddle has a 24-inch-wide and a 24-inch-deep cooking surface. A vacuum chamber with mounted heating elements are immersed into chemically pure water, creating steam to heat the ³/₁₆-inch-thick steel griddle plate. Users can input in the needed temperature on the digital thermostat built into the front of the unit. With a 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range, pancakes, eggs, sausage, burgers, and meats can be cooked, or items can simply be reheated prior to plating. Simplifying griddle setup for common menu items, the thermostat provides the option to determine three preset temperatures. To ensure unauthorized users don't impede on set temperatures, manager mode locks temperature controls.

Designed to streamline operation and increase safety, the AccuTemp EGF2401B2450-T1 Accu-Steam EG Series commercial griddle features two indicator lights€”a heating light that turns on when the griddle is warming up, and an over-temperature indicator light that alerts operators when the griddle is overheating. So back-to-back orders can go out quickly, the stainless steel griddle's smooth surface is easy and quick to clean, while general maintenance is simplified. Side and rear splashes encase the cooking surface, preventing food and oil from spilling out over the sides and onto the floor. Grease is drained into the trough and down the chute to be collected in the 5-quart grease pan for removal when the oil is cool. Slightly lifted off the ground with its 4 bullet legs, the griddle's structure attempts to maintain a space that can be easily maintained by cleaning below and around the griddle.
