AccuTemp EGF2403A2450-T1 24" Electric Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 3/16" Steel Plate, 240v/3ph

Using digital thermostatic controls, operators can set the temperature of the Accutemp EGF2403A2450-T1 Accu-Steam™ countertop griddle between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent accidental adjustment, it's fitted with a control guard, and to prevent unauthorized users from making changes, it features a manager mode to lock temperatures. Made of 7-gauge stainless steel, the griddle plate can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping or bending. To provide corrosion resistance and durability against dents and scratches, the unit's cabinet is made of 14-gauge stainless steel.

The Accutemp EGF2403A2450-T1 electric griddle features a hermetically sealed steam chamber that distributes heat evenly throughout the griddle plate. To reduce the risk of injury or overheating, it's equipped with heating and over-temperature indicator lights. A 4-inch-high backsplash protects the adjacent wall from grease splatter, while the built-in grease trough collects runoff to simplify cleaning. A countertop unit, it's elevated on 4-inch legs with bullet feet.
