To ensure a long service life in high-volume environments, the Accutemp EGF2403A4850-S2 Accu-Steam™ griddle features a griddle plate made of cold-rolled 7-gauge stainless steel. It can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping, while its hermetically sealed steam chamber ensures even heating. To keep splatter off walls, it's built with a 4-inch-high backsplash, and to further ease cleaning, it features a built-in grease trough. Mounted on a stainless steel stand with casters, this unit is mobile.

Using a digital thermometer, the temperature of the Accutemp EGF2403A4850-S2 electric griddle can be adjusted between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent inadvertent or unauthorized changes, it features a control guard as well as a manager lock-out mode. This unit is also equipped with heating and over-temperature indicator lights to reduce the risk of injury and overheating. Overall, it measures 48.25 inches wide by 34.70 inches deep by 40.12 inches high.
