The Accutemp N61201D060SGL convection steamer holds six full-size food pans on its wire racks, which promote even airflow and heating. To speed up cooking times, this unit utilizes Steam Vector Technology, operating with no moving parts. For safety purposes, an indicator light tells users if the water level is low or high, or if the temperature reaches a potentially dangerous height. Because this is a boilerless unit, it requires no water filtration, water connection, or drain connection to operate.

Using digital controls, operators of the Accutemp N61201D060SGL convection steamer can program preset recipes for quick use. Users can also view the temperature, a timer, and adjust between two modes: cooking and variable temperature holding. If operators need to add ingredients while cooking, they can open the door while the unit is in use. Elevating it to a comfortable height, this unit is mounted on a stand, while instructions are listed on the door in both English and Spanish to streamline use. For corrosion resistance, the cavity is made of 304 stainless steel.
