Using Steam Vector Technology, the Accutemp N61201E060SGL convection steamer cooks quickly without moving parts. The digital control panel lets operators program preset recipes, monitor operation with the temperature display, and adjust the electronic timer to prevent food from burning. To keep food fresh and ready to serve, this unit has two modes: one for cooking and one for holding the temperature within a range. It accommodates six full-size food pans on wire racks, which are helpful for promoting airflow and even heating.

Elevating it to a comfortable working height, the Accutemp N61201E060SGL convection steamer is mounted on a stand to elevate it to a comfortable working height. To streamline cleaning, a condensate pan in the front cleans up moisture, and the cavity is made of 304 stainless steel, which can be wiped clean. Instructions in both English and Spanish are listed on the door that can be opened during the cooking cycle to add ingredients. For protection against overheating, indicator lights tell users when the temperature reaches unsafe heights, or if the water levels are too high or low.
