Accutemp P61201E060 Evolution® (6) Pan Convection Steamer - Countertop, Liquid Propane

Eliminating moving parts, the Accutemp P61201E060 countertop cook-and-hold steamer functions with Steam Vector Technology, reducing maintenance needs. It operates with cook and hold options, so users can perform dual functions with one piece of equipment, saving space. With its compact size, it can be installed on a countertop and hold pans as large as 12 inches by 20 inches. Its field-reversible door can be setup to open from either side, so the unit can fit into any floor plan.

The Accutemp P61201E060 convection steamer's internal cavity is made of stainless steel, so it stands up to heavy use and resists rust. Users can open the door while the unit is running, enabling them to load or unload pans without interrupting the cooking cycle. Inside, it has one-piece pan racks that can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher for ease of use. With high-water, low-water, and overtemp indicator lights, the steamer notifies users when attention is needed.
