It can hold 3 gallons of water and has a built-in indicator light and buzzer to notify users if the water starts getting low.

With its 90-minute timer, the Accutemp S32083D100 convection steamer helps users track cooking times to ensure uniformity from one batch of product to another. It can hold 12-inch by 20-inch food pans and has a stainless steel steamer cavity to resist rust and corrosion. Its door is right hinged and features a quick-release mechanism to streamline pan loading and unloading. Operated with a selector switch, this unit can be changed quickly from cooking to holding settings.
