This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans and features multiple cooking modes, including fast cook, low temperature steam, and hold settings. Equipped with manual mechanical timer controls, it enables precise operation without requiring a water or drain connection.

AccuTemp's S32401D060SGL Steam'N'Hold steamer includes a three-gallon water reservoir, eliminating the need for external plumbing. The reinforced stainless steel cavity enhances durability, while the heavy-duty door provides a secure seal. A front-mounted drain valve allows for simple water removal, and the heating element is protected from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance requirements. Indicator lights and a buzzer alert users to low water conditions, while vacuum and temperature gauges help monitor cooking progress. This unit comes with a stand fitted with casters for mobility and includes a 5-foot power cord.
