Built with a reinforced stainless steel cavity, the AccuTemp S32403D110SGL Steam'N'Hold® boilerless convection steamer is designed for durability in high-volume kitchens. Its patented vacuum technology enhances heat transfer, expediting the cooking process while maintaining precise temperature control. This unit accommodates three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans and features multiple cooking modes, including fast cook, low temperature steam, and hold settings.

Equipped with a three-gallon water reservoir, the AccuTemp S32403D110SGL boilerless convection steamer eliminates the need for a water or drain connection, allowing for flexible placement. A heavy-duty, right-hand hinged door with a quick-release function provides convenient access, while a front-mounted drain valve simplifies water removal. The heating element is shielded from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance requirements. Additional features include a 90-minute timer, vacuum and temperature gauges, and indicator lights for heat, cook, and hold modes. This unit includes a 5-foot power cord and comes with a stand fitted with casters for mobility.
