Outfitted with dual compartments, the AccuTemp S34403D090DBL Steam'N'Hold® boilerless convection steamer provides increased cooking capacity for high-demand kitchens. Each compartment holds three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans, accommodating various menu items simultaneously. Patented vacuum technology accelerates the cooking process by enhancing heat transfer while maintaining precise temperature control. Manual mechanical timer controls enable simple adjustments for fast cook, low temperature steam, and hold modes.

Designed for a connectionless setup, the AccuTemp S34403D090DBL boilerless convection steamer operates without a water or drain connection, facilitating simple installation in multiple environments. A three-gallon water reservoir supplies the necessary steam, eliminating the need for direct plumbing. The heating element is protected from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance needs, while a front-mounted drain valve allows for quick water removal. A right-hand hinged, heavy-duty door with a quick-release function ensures accessibility, and vacuum and temperature gauges provide clear monitoring. This unit includes two 5-foot power cords and requires separate receptacles.
