It supports fast cook, low-temperature steam, and hold settings, accommodating three 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch deep pans. Manual mechanical timer controls allow for easy adjustments, and its vacuum technology enhances heat transfer for faster cooking.

Designed for flexible placement, the AccuTemp S34403D090SGL boilerless convection steamer operates without requiring a water or drain connection. A three-gallon water reservoir supplies the necessary steam, eliminating the need for plumbing. Its heating element is protected from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance demands. A right-hand hinged, heavy-duty door with a quick-release function provides convenient access, while indicator lights for heat, cook, and hold modes assist with monitoring. This unit includes a 5-foot power cord and comes with a stand fitted with casters for mobility.
