A versatile unit, the Accutemp S34803D110 countertop steamer has low temperature, fast cook, steam, and hold modes. Its timer can be adjusted as high as 90 minutes for precise cooking, and the cabinet accommodates three full-size food pans. To turn the unit on and off, users flip a power switch, and lights indicate when the unit is cooking, heating, or holding food. It comes with a 3-gallon water reservoir, so plumbing isn't required for operation.

The Accutemp S34803D110 convection steamer has a drain mounted in the front to facilitate water removal. Because it sits on the countertop, it takes up minimal space in crowded kitchens. This unit is made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel, and its heating element is shielded from water to prevent damage.
