Built with a heavy-duty door and quick-release mechanism, the AccuTemp S34803D110SGL Steam'N'Hold® boilerless convection steamer provides easy access during operation. Its connectionless design eliminates the need for a water or drain connection, enabling flexible placement in commercial kitchens. Manual mechanical timer controls allow for simple adjustments, while patented vacuum technology enhances heat transfer to speed up cooking times.

Designed to support continuous cooking and holding, the AccuTemp S34803D110SGL boilerless convection steamer offers multiple operating modes, including fast cook, low-temperature steam, and hold settings. A three-gallon water reservoir eliminates the need for direct plumbing, while a front-mounted drain valve facilitates simple water removal. Its heating element remains protected from direct water exposure, reducing maintenance needs. Additional features include a 90-minute timer, vacuum and temperature gauges, and indicator lights for heat, cook, and hold functions. This unit includes a 5-foot power cord and comes with a stand fitted with casters for mobility.
