The Accutemp S62081D060 Steam'N'Hold® convection steamer is a holding-capable countertop unit. It has a Super Duty heater configuration and modes for fast cook, low temp, and steam. The steamer does not require a water or drain line, utilizing a water reservoir with a 3-gallon capacity, although the heating element is kept away from water to prevent damage. This unit does not require descaling, de-liming, or blowdowns. Low water protection is provided by a buzzer and indicator light, and there is a selector switch for fast cook and thermostat mode, as well as temperature and vacuum gauges.

This Accutemp S62081D060 six-pan steamer's quick-release door is heavy duty, field reversible, and enables operators to open it while cooking. Patented vacuum technology enhances its efficiency and facilitates quick food preparation. It is equipped with an on/off switch for power and a timer with continuous cook and hold mode settings. This steamer's cavity is constructed of rust-resistant, reinforced stainless steel with a front-mounted. It has an exclusive, patented low temperature steam cooking mode, along with multiple kilowatt outputs to suit versatile cooking needs. The steam director covers water for added safety.
