It measures 84 inches wide by 18 inches deep, and it can be elevated over a prep table using its heavy-duty posts. This unit is made of stainless steel, which offers strength and resistance to corrosion. For additional durability, it's TIG welded and has no creases that trap bacteria or food particles.
