Able to be converted from a cafeteria-style unit to a self-serve structure, the Advance Tabco DSG-15G-108 Sleek Shield™ multi-use food shield fixes into 3 positions with Chamber Lock™ technology. The mechanism is built onto its upright legs and rotates the front glass in 15-degree intervals for desired results. To withstand hot foods, the front, side panels, and top are heat tempered, reducing the risk of breaking when exposed to hot air. On top of the unit, a glass top supports as much as 100 pounds, which is great for displays and additional food choices. Stabilized with sturdy stainless steel legs, it has a 108-inch-wide by 15-inch-deep by 18-inch-high structure.
