For versatility, the Advance Tabco DSG-15G-60 Sleek Shield™ food shield's front glass can be fixed in a self-serve or cafeteria position, depending on application. Using Chamber Lock® technology, this unit locks in three different positions and can rotate in 15-degree intervals for thorough cleaning. Its glass front, side panels, and top are heat tempered to resist heat-related breakages, so hot foods can be stored beneath the unit. Working well with displays and additional food options, the glass top doubles as a shelf and holds as much as 100 pounds. Supported by four upright stainless steel legs, it measures 60 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 18 inches high.
