The Advance Tabco DSG-18G-96 Sleek Shield™ food shield can be used in buffet or cafeteria applications. Designed to be mounted on a countertop, it's supported by four stainless steel posts and has two additional center support posts for extra stability. Its front, top, and side panels all are constructed of heat-tempered glass to resist breaking when exposed to hot air from foods. Their clear material also enables users to view displayed contents directly. The front glass is controlled by Chamber Lock™ technology, which equips the user to move it in 15-degree intervals for specific needs. It also can be locked in three positions, such as cafeteria style or self-serve. This unit's glass top doubles as a shelf, holding as much as 100 pounds of display items, condiments, utensils, and additional food options. Overall, it measures 96 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high.
