The Advance Tabco FMSLAG-240-X worktable is made of series 304 stainless steel to offer superior corrosion resistance. The 304 series stainless steel is made of 18 percent chromium and 8 percent nickel, which enables this table to be used directly with salty and acidic foods. The 16-gauge material is thicker than its higher-gauge counterparts with better dent and ding protection.

The Advance Tabco FMSLAG-240-X worktable is sturdy, with a durable rolled rim, reinforcing hat channels, and a sound-deadened worktop. To keep food from falling behind the unit, the top has a backsplash. This worktable also has an undershelf that can be raised or lowered to store various items.
