Because the top on this Advance Tabco FMSLAG-245-X work table is made of 16-gauge stainless steel, it is both durable and cost effective. Metal gauges are measured by thickness, so 16-gauge steel is thicker than 18-gauge. This is 304 series stainless, so it's made with nickel to provide rust resistance against acidic or salty products. The top is sound deadened to minimize noise during prep, and the rear upturn keeps spills contained. This work table is entirely TIG welded€”a process that uses tungsten electrodes to bind all components together.
