This 304 series stainless steel contains more nickel than 430 stainless steel for better rust protection, meaning users may expose its surface to salt, fruits, and vegetables safely. The work table has a durable worktop; its 16-gauge steel construction is relatively thick, its curved front edge can sustain impacts without incurring damages, and hat channels underneath it add strength. This unit has a 1¹/₂-inch backsplash to catch debris before it falls, which means less worker strain to clean floors behind it.
