Equipped with a glass top to hold as much as 100 pounds of utensils, condiments, and additional food items, the Advance Tabco GSG-18-144 Sleek Shield™ food shield's front, side panels, and top are made of heat-tempered glass that can withstand hot air without breaking. The front glass features a self-service design that works well for buffets and leaves a 10¹/₂-inch gap between the table and the bottom of the glass for plating food. The clear material also provides a clear view into the food display. As needs change, users can rotate the front glass in 15-degree intervals with the Chamber Lock™ mechanism. For a secure mount on a countertop or buffet table, this unit is supported by four stainless steel legs and includes an additional support leg.
