It's designed for self-service use and is heat tempered to provide strength for high-volume applications. When used in a buffet line, utensils and plates can be stored on its 100-pound-capacity top shelf within customer reach. This unit measures 84 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high and is positioned on upright legs for stability on a countertop above food dishes.
