To withstand high-heat applications, the Advance Tabco GSGC-18-108 Sleek Shield™ food shield's top, side panels, and front are constructed of heat-tempered glass. Measuring 108 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high, it's designed for installation on a countertop, steam table, or buffet table. The front glass, which has a cafeteria-style structure, can be adjusted in 15-degree increments with Chamber Lock™ technology, which is implemented on the unit's uprights. Its top shelf holds as much as 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight and is supported by stainless steel legs.
