To ensure stability on countertops, the Advance Tabco GSGC-18-72 Sleek Shield™ food shield is supported by stainless steel legs. The shield measures 72 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high, which is great for protecting buffet lines and steam pans from airborne particulates. All its glass components have a clear design that's easy to see through, and the top, side panels, and front are all heat tempered to resist breaking in high-heat applications. The front glass, which sports a cafeteria-style structure, can be rotated in 15-degree increments as needed with Chamber Lock™ technology. The top shelf holds as much as 100 pounds of utensils, dishes, condiments, and decorations when evenly distributed.
