Using Chamber Lock™ technology, the Advance Tabco GSGC-18-96 cafeteria-style food shield's front glass can be rotated in 15-degree intervals and locked in a desired position. It's adjustable for versatile use, and its glass is heat tempered to provide strength for commercial applications. One side of the shield is open so employees can access food, while the other side is blocked off to reduce contamination. The top glass can hold 100 pounds of napkins, utensils, and condiments within a customer's reach. This unit measures 96 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 18 inches high, overall.
