The Advance Tabco KSLAG-302 work table has an adjustable undershelf constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel and adjusts to accommodate items for storage. It has an 8-cubic-foot maximum undershelf storage space. This undershelf is secured to the table's legs by aluminum clamps, eliminating the sight of nuts and bolts. The 16-gauge, 430 series stainless steel top surface is reinforced and leveled by two galvanized hat channels that run underneath. Since lower gauges are thicker than higher gauges, they provide more support. The 430 series stainless steel has little nickel presence, so it does not resist corrosion well; however, this is ideal for adding counterspace and prepping foods with cutting boards.

To keep the unit stable and balanced, its stainless steel legs are equipped with adjustable bullet feet. The top is sound deadened to limit noise production while the user is chopping and prepping ingredients, and a 5-inch backsplash keeps leaks and spills contained. The rolled rim on the front eliminates sharp edges while the square-end sides enable the table to be placed flush against equipment and walls. For smooth and precise welds, the Advance Tabco KSLAG-302 work table is TIG welded, which uses arc welding and tungsten electrodes to create sturdiness.
