The front glasses are adjustable in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock™ technology, which is integrated into the unit's posts. With a self-service design, users can easily reach steam table pans or food displays for plating, so it's great for buffet applications. Each level has a stainless steel shelf polished to a satin finish for durability. Overall, this unit measures 96 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 34 inches high, and it can be installed on a countertop with its 1-inch-diameter stainless steel posts.
