Optimizing sanitation and protecting food from contaminants, it functions as a barrier between patrons and the products being served. It's designed for cafeteria-style applications, while its front glass rotates in 15-degree increments to accommodate different needs. A counter-mounted model, this unit measures 132 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 19¹/₄ inches high.
