The Advance Tabco SFLAG-240 work table has a 16-gauge, 430 series stainless steel top that has a medium thickness when compared to thinner 18-gauge and thicker 14-gauge options. This steel contains less nickel than 304 series steel, which means that it is more susceptible to corrosion. To keep noise levels low, the top is sound deadened with a rolled front that provides comfort when staff are prepping food. Since the sides are squared, the unit can be placed directly against walls. A turn-up edge at the rear catches spills to keep the back wall clean.

With its TIG-welded construction, the Advance Tabco SFLAG-240 work table can endure heavy, frequent use. TIG welding uses tungsten electrodes to bond multiple pieces of metal together. A polished finish keeps surfaces smooth so that the unit is cohesive. Adjustable feet prevent the unit from wobbling on uneven surfaces.
