The Advance Tabco SFLAG-366-X work table is constructed of durable stainless steel, and the top is made of 16-gauge steel, which is thicker than the 18-gauge that makes up the undershelf, though thinner than 14-gauge steel. For cleaning, the top has a 1¹/₂-inch backsplash that contains messes. For safety, the front is rolled, and the ends are square for flush placement against walls and equipment. Hat channels under the top surface keep it level and provide reinforcement, and to maximize storage space, the stainless steel undershelf is adjustable. Tubular stainless steel legs with stainless steel gussets and bullet feet support the work table, and an aluminum clamp secures the undershelf to the legs without nuts and bolts.
