To ensure sturdy installation on a countertop or buffet table, the Advance Tabco STFS-12-36 food shield comes with concealed mounting hardware. Measuring 36 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 18 inches high, the unit is supported with a 1-inch-diameter stainless steel rounded tubing frame that accommodates as much as 100 pounds on the top glass shelf. The front, side panels, and top are made of heat-tempered glass€”a durable material that resists breaking. If this unit does break, it crumbles into pebbles instead of sharp shards for user safety. The front glass is fixed in a self-service position so users can comfortably reach and dish out displayed foods, while creating a barrier to protect foods from airborne particulates.
