The Advance Tabco TFMSLAG-246 work table has an 8-cubic-foot surface area for preparing food. The 16-gauge, 304 series stainless steel tabletop is sound deadened to reduce noise produced while prepping. The 304 series is made of 8 percent nickel and 18 percent chromium, meaning it provides excellent corrosion resistance and can accommodate salty and acidic foods. This 16-gauge material is thicker than higher gauges. The square bends on the sides of the table enable it to be lined up flush with walls and other surfaces, while a rolled front rim eliminates sharp edges.

A 1¹/₂-inch rear splash prevents leaks and spills from staining walls. Two hat channels are stud welded under the top to keep it level, while gussets are welded to support the hat channels. To keep the table level on uneven floors, bullet feet on the stainless steel legs adjust. The Advance Tabco TFMSLAG-246 work table is TIG welded, which creates seamless welds by using tungsten electrodes to heat the metal.
