Its 120-inch by 30-inch flat top is constructed of 16-gauge 430-series stainless steel and polished to a satin finish for a clean, low-maintenance surface. Below, a welded open-base design allows for accessible cleaning and storage, while rear and side crossrails strengthen the structure. Hat channels are stud welded beneath the top to maintain an even work surface during heavy use.

The Advance Tabco TSAG-3010 work table includes pre-engineered welded angle adapters that streamline future drawer installation without altering the frame. Sound-deadening insulation beneath the top dampens vibration and limits operational noise in busy prep areas. Additional support is provided by 1⁵/₈-inch tubular galvanized steel legs and gussets, paired with 1-inch adjustable plastic bullet feet for balanced placement on uneven floors. Its flat-top design accommodates a range of kitchen tasks, and the front and rear 1⁵/₈-inch sanitary rolled rim edges minimize sharp contact points for added safety.
