To ensure stability and long-term performance, the Advance Tabco TSKG-247 work table is reinforced by two roll-formed hat channels stud welded beneath the top. These channels are secured using galvanized structural adhesive and welded gussets, which help the table maintain a level surface even under the weight of heavy appliances or multiple prep tasks. The TIG-welded frame includes 1⁵/₈-inch rear and 1¹/₄-inch side cross rails that resist lateral movement, strengthening the open base. This open design offers operators standing space or room to store bins and containers beneath the work surface.
