The Alluserv ST1D1T6 ambient meal delivery cart has a single, uninsulated compartment that holds as many as six 15-inch by 20-inch or 14-inch by 18-inch trays of food. To streamline loading and serving, the door swings open a full 270 degrees with lift-off hinges. Operating quietly, the end panels are noise reducing and the 6-inch casters are cushion treaded to roll smoothly. With bumpers on each corner of this unit, it is protected from damage if it accidently collides with something.

Because the ledge panel on the Alluserv ST1D1T6 meal delivery cart is made of one piece, it can be wiped clean without trapping food particles in corners or crevices. Its top adds storage space and has a railing around three of its sides to prevent things from sliding off. One side of the top is open, so loading equipment or trays on it is streamlined. This cart is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
