The Alluserv TC31-27 meal delivery cart holds a maximum of (27) 14-inch by 18-inch or 15-inch by 20-inch trays with one tray on each slide. With its large capacity, it's a great choice for serving people in a hospital or hotel. Three doors latch shut so nothing falls out while the unit is moved and they open 270 degrees to provide access for quick loading and serving. Because of its stainless steel construction, this unit is durable and resistant to rusting.

To move the Alluserv TC31-27 ambient meal delivery cart, it's positioned on 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stabilization. The casters have soft treads to ensure quiet operation and minimize disturbances. Users can maneuver the unit with its U-shaped handles on both sides, and a bumper around the bottom protects it and its surroundings from damage.
