Designed with operator convenience in mind, the Alto-Shaam 10-20GCLASSIC oven includes the SafeVent® steam venting system and Absolute Humidity Control® for optimal results. High-efficiency LED lighting improves visibility, while the front-accessible and retractable rinse hose enhances cleaning tasks.
