The Alto-Shaam 1200-UP-QS mobile heated cabinet uses Halo Heat® to gently surround foods with uniform heat that provides an extended holding life. It holds as many as 16 standard full-size food pans, keeping their contents warm until they are ready to be served. Fried foods and breads stay fresh without getting soggy because ventilation on both doors promotes airflow to keep crispy foods from absorbing moisture.

Made of stainless steel, the insulated Alto-Shaam 1200-UP-QS cabinet withstands heavy use in commercial applications and can be used as a dough proofer. A digital control system monitors the unit's internal temperature and quickly compensates for lost heat when it senses a drop. It is mounted on four 5-inch casters so it can be moved from the kitchen to serving areas.
